Marietta, Ga. — SRS Real Estate Partners has brokered the $11 million sale of Market Square, a 137,889-square-foot shopping center located at 2932 Canton Road in Marietta. The center sits on 13.4 acres and houses tenants such as Big Lots, Ace Hardware and Planet Fitness. A privately held entity doing business as MSQ Realty LLC purchased the asset from an entity doing business as Wood Marietta Center LLC. Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson of SRS represented the seller in the transaction, and the buyer was self-represented.

Alpharetta, Ga. — Stan Johnson Co. has brokered the sale of Windward Square, a 11,166-square-foot shopping center located at 5215 Windward Parkway in the northern Atlanta suburb of Alpharetta. Jeff Enck of Stan Johnson Co. represented the 1031 exchange buyers, a group of private investors based in Georgia. Carrollton, Ga. — Avison Young has brokered the $4.9 million sale of a 12,961-square-foot single-tenant retail property occupied by CVS/pharmacy at 2125 Maple St. in Carrollton. Chris Maling and David Maling of Avison Young represented the buyer, Laguna Monarch Group Inc., in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, an undisclosed private equity group. CVS/pharmacy has occupied the site since 2006 and has 19 years remaining on its triple net lease.

SomeraRoad sold the property for $16 million to Trinity Apex LLC. Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson of SRS represented the seller, and the buyer was self-represented in the transaction. Atlanta — Marcus & Millichap’s Taylor McMinn Retail Group has brokered the $54.6 million sale of a portfolio of 35 Dollar General-leased stores across 12 states. Don McMinn of Taylor McMinn represented the seller, CMK Properties, a privately-held real estate investor and syndicator based in Brentwood, Tennessee.
