New York City — Rooftop Hospitality Group has signed a 12-year lease extension at 230 Fifth Ave. in New York City, where it occupies the roof of the New York Market Center building with its 230 Fifth Avenue Rooftop Bar concept. Comprising 32,050 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, the bar originally opened in 2006. GFP Real Estate, which has owned the property since 1958, is the landlord. Jane Gural-Senders, David Kaye and Harvey Richer represented the landlord in the lease negotiations on an in-house basis.
Stamford, Conn. — Three new retail tenants have signed leases at Atlantic Station, a mixed-use development located in Stamford. Lovesac, Golf Lounge 18 and Fresh & Co. will occupy 28,000; 9,000; and 3,000 square feet, respectively. RXR owns the project, which features 650 residences and 82,000 square feet of retail space across two towers. Live Oak, Texas — DICK’S House of Sport has signed a 100,000-square-foot lease at Live Oak Town Center, a mixed-use development in Live Oak, roughly 20 miles northeast of San Antonio. The store will feature sportswear and equipment, as well as interactive experiences including a climbing wall, outdoor field, golf bays and a multi-sport cage. Bloomfield Hills, Mich. — Michigan-based developer and owner Lormax Stern has signed leases totaling 84,819 square feet with four new tenants at three of its shopping centers. Beginning this fall, Ross Dress for Less will occupy 25,000 square feet at Bay Mall in Petoskey, Michigan. Additionally, Tike Ace Hardware and PGA TOUR Superstore have signed leases at The Fountains in Overland Park, Kansas. The retailers will occupy 14,291 and 29,728 square feet, respectively. Huntington Station, N.Y. — Whole Foods Market will open a new, 43,916-square-foot store at Huntington Shopping Center in Huntington Station. Chick-fil-A will occupy 5,000 square feet, with Hounds Town USA occupying 6,000 square feet within the building, which also features residential, amenity and healthcare space.
