Owosso, Mich. – David Block and Max DiCarlo of Block & Co. represented the seller, a partnership between Bloomfield 2005 LLC and Metcalf Arlington SPE LLC.

Romulus, Mich. – Outlets of Michigan will be an open-air center with approximately 75 retailers.

Chesterfield, Mich. – The center will be near a heavily traveled U.S./Canada entry point.
