Baton Rouge, La., Auburn, Ala. — Newk’s Eatery will open two new locations in Alabama and Louisiana.
Eufala, Ala. — Regency Properties has purchased Eufaula Towne Center located in Eufaula.
Albertville, Ala. — The center will be completed in spring 2016.
Hunstville, Ala. — The $16 million Phase II adds 95,000 square feet of retail on nine acres.
Birmingham, Ala. — The property was 99 percent leased at the time of sale.
Cullman, Ala. – Existing tenants at the shopping center include Belk, Books-A-Million and Shoe Dept.
Birmingham, Ala. and Crescent Springs, Ky. – The two centers were refinanced for a combined total of $25.1 million.
Oak Brook, Ill. – The 15-property portfolio of retail centers is located across eight states, totaling approximately two million square feet.
