Jim Hamilton, Brad Buchanan and Taylor Callaway of JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. An entity affiliated with Hackney Real Estate Partners acquired the property for an undisclosed price. Jim Hamilton, Brad Buchanan and Andrew Michols of JLL represented the seller, Blackwater Resources, which also developed the property. An affiliate of Select Strategies Realty acquired the center.
