New Jersey-based Westridge Phoenix acquired the asset from DPM Westridge Shopping Center for $6.8 million. Built in 1985 and renovated in 2017, Westridge Shopping Center features 58,670 square feet of retail space on 5.3 acres. At the time of sale, the property was 81 percent leased. At the time of sale, the 129,674-square-foot property was 96 percent leased. Tracy Cartledge, Bob Buckley, Shane Carter and Chris Hollenbeck of Cushman & Wakefield represented MCA in the $12.5 million transaction. The center was 89 percent leased at the time of sale. Puttshack Raises $150 Million in Growth Capital, Unveils Expansion Plans
Chicago — Chicago-based Puttshack, an indoor mini golf venue, has completed a growth capital round of $150 million from funds managed by BlackRock and continued support from Promethean Investments. The new funding will support Puttshack’s rapid growth strategy across the United States. New venues in Boston and Miami are scheduled to open this fall, followed by one in St. Louis this winter. Greenfield Gateway LLC sold the property to an entity formed by the Hinkson Co. for $18.9 million. Situated on 10.1 acres, the sold portion consists of fully leased buildings, including an EoS Fitness-anchored building and two multitenant strip-retail buildings. Gantry Secures $13 Million in Financing for Acquisition of Retail Parcel in Glendale, Arizona
Glendale, Ariz. — Gantry has secured $13 million of permanent financing for the acquisition of a 11.57-acre parcel at Arrowhead Marketplace in Glendale. Tim Storey of Gantry’s Phoenix office secured the 10-year, fixed-rate loan featuring a 25-year amortization for the borrower, Arizona Partners, through a correspondent life company lender. Office Depot, Dollar Tree, Boot Barn, Party City and Salt Creek Home Furnishings are tenants at the 128,500-square-foot retail center.
