Phoenix — Miami-based Starwood Property Trust has completed the sale of Moon Valley Towne Center in Phoenix. An entity formed by Moore, Oklahoma-based BP National City LLC acquired the neighborhood shopping center for an undisclosed price. Situated on 11.4 acres at the southeast corner of 7th Street and Bell Road, Moon Valley Towne Center features 106,571 square feet of retail space. Tucson, Ariz. — An affiliate of Black Lion Investment Group, which is led by its President Robert Rivani, has acquired Oracle Wetmore, a shopping center in Tucson, from Texas-based Weingarten Realty for $38 million. Located at the corner of Oracle and Wetmore roads, Oracle Wetmore features 150,170 square feet of retail space. Retailers at the center include PetSmart, Ulta Beauty, Walgreens, Cost Plus World Market, Jared Jewelry, JoAnn Fabrics & Crafts, BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, Bassett Home Furnishings and Chipotle. Phoenix — Newmark has arranged the sale of Shops at Tuscano, a shopping center located in Phoenix. Shrisha LLC sold the property to TDN Properties for $5.2 million. Located at 7435 W. Lower Buckeye Road, the retail center features 15,938 square feet of multi-tenant space. At the time of sale, the property was 93 percent occupied by seven tenants, including Sprint/T-Mobile, Little Caesars and TitleMax. The shopping center was built in 2006. Steve Julius, Jesse Goldsmith and Chase Dorsett of Newmark represented the seller in the transaction.

Tuscon, Ariz. — Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated the sale of Shoppes at Cortaro Ranch, a newly constructed retail property located at 5660 W. Cortaro Farms Road in Tucson. Colorado-based Sonoma Heights acquired the asset from Terry Haute, Indiana-based Cortaro Commercial JV LLC for $5.2 million. Built this year, Shoppes at Cortora Ranch features 10,617 square feet of retail space. At the time of sale, the property was fully leased. Scottsdale, Ariz. — YAM Properties has purchased Pima Crossing, a retail destination at the northwest corner of Shea Boulevard and Pima Road in Scottsdale. An entity formed by Los Angeles-based Karlin Real Estate sold the asset for $51.5 million. Originally developed in 1993, Pima Crossing features 238,275 square feet of retail space. A national golf retailer anchors the property along with several other national and regional tenants. Michael Hackett and Ryan Schubert of Cushman & Wakefield Phoenix represented the seller in the deal.

Tempe, Ariz. — San Diego-based B2 Holdings has purchased a 10-acre property located at 1800 and 1818 E. Baseline Road in Tempe. A Florida-based seller sold the asset for $14.4 million. The property is located less than half-a-mile from US Route 60 and in proximity to Dobson Ranch and Arizona State University. At the time of sale, Target and US Bank leased portions of the site. Joseph Compagno of CBRE’s Net Lease Property Group in Phoenix represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.

A Southern California-based investor sold the asset to an undisclosed buyer for $2.1 million, or $538 per square foot, in an all-cash transaction.
