Phoenix — James V. DuMars, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix-based regional office, has arranged the $23 million refinance of Foothills Park Pace, a 132,496-square-foot retail property in Phoenix.
Mesa, Ariz. — Shopoff Realty Investments has sold Augusta Ranch Marketplace, an 80,247-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center, as well as an adjacent developable pad, in Mesa, for $14 million.
Tucson, Ariz. — The seller was Casas Adobes Plaza LLC.
Tempe, Ariz. — The Target store is approximately 115,000 square feet and the US Bank is approximately 3,400 square feet.
Mesa, Ariz. — The site plan calls for 710 parking spaces and a Fry’s Fuel Center consisting of a gas canopy with nine fuel dispensers.
Glendale, Ariz. — It will be the third Valley location for Dave & Buster’s, joining Tempe Marketplace and Desert Ridge.
Prescott Valley, Ariz. — The Shops at Glassford Hill Marketplace consists of five tenants on triple net-leases in a 100 percent occupied building.
Yuma, Ariz. – New tenants include Goodwill, Firehouse Subs and an AutoZone.
Peoria, Ariz. – Cypress is in the process of making several upgrades to the existing center, as well as planning for the second phase of development.
Buckeye, Ariz. – The transaction closed at a 6.8 percent cap rate.
