Tempe, Ariz. – The multi-building development was sold by Tucson, Ariz.-based Holualoa Companies to Mill Avenue Office LLC, which is owned by YAM Properties’ Bob Parsons.
Houston – The Houston-based mattress retailer will add approximately 75 specialty retail stores in markets where it currently operates — primarily Denver, Phoenix and Tucson, Ariz.
Mesa, Ariz. – Village Square at Dana Park is a 70-acre center owned by Whitestone REIT.
Goodyear, Ariz. – The commercial mortgage is secured by a Class A anchored retail shopping center and provided approximately 55 percent leverage.
Tempe, Ariz. – The opening will be Nordstrom Rack’s fifth location in the Valley.
