The property will be anchored by a 23,300-square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market, which is set to open on January 14. The center was fully occupied at the time of sale by tenants including City Market and Wendy’s. The United States Postal Service occupies the 5,382-square-foot property as a mission-critical financial station that combines retail operations and carrier logistics.
