Denver — Evergreen Devco Inc. has completed the construction of a grocery-anchored shopping center at the northeast corner of 56th Avenue and Tower Road in Denver. The property will be anchored by a 23,300-square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market, which is set to open on January 14. The development site also features an 8,224-square-foot multi-tenant building and six accompanying retail pads, which are slated to open later this year. The multi-tenant space will be home to tenants including a 3,000-square-foot Solomon Liquor, 2,324-square-foot Corner Bakery Café and an 1,800-square-foot Prairie Pediatrics. Bryan Slaughter of SullivanHayes Brokerage represented Evergreen Devco in the leasing transactions. Brian Shorter, also of SullivanHayes, worked alongside Slaugher in the Corner Bakery Café transaction. Tower Realty Partners represented Prairie Pediatrics.
