Tucker, Ga. — Colliers has negotiated the sale of Tucker Meridian Shopping Center, a 207,000-square-foot community center located in Tucker, roughly 20 miles northeast of Atlanta. The property traded for an undisclosed price but was one of the largest retail investment transactions completed in Dekalb in recent years, according to Colliers.

Tucker Meridian Shopping Center is anchored by a mix of national retailers including Sprouts Farmers Market, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Hobby Lobby, Ross Dress for Less and DSW. The property was approximately 98.7 percent leased at the time of sale.

Henry Kushner and Joe Montgomery of Colliers represented the seller, Ben F. Kushner Co., in the transaction. The buyer was an affiliate of RCG Ventures.
