Round Lake Beach, Ill. — Lee & Associates has negotiated the $12.7 million sale and purchase of a Kohl’s store, located in Round Lake Beach.
St. Charles, Ill. — The Boulder Group has brokered the $2 million sale of a single-tenant, net lease On The Border restaurant property in St. Charles.
Joliet, Ill. — With the addition of a new building, the total gross leasable area of Joliet Commons will increase to 229,000 square feet.
Bloomington, Ill. — The dine-in entertainment complex features 10 large, wall-to-wall screens and all-new stadium seating.
