St. Louis — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has arranged the $10.6 million sale of Chippewa Center, a 147,920-square-foot shopping center located in St. Louis.
St. Charles, Mo. — Orangetheory has opened a new location at Streets of St. Charles, a 27-acre mixed-use development located roughly 25 miles outside of St. Louis in St. Charles.
Lee’s Summit, Mo. — A joint venture between BIG Shopping Centers USA and RED Development has acquired Summit Fair, a 516,268-square-foot shopping center, for an undisclosed price.
