Bartlesville, Okla. — Stan Johnson Co. has brokered the sale of Silver Lake Village, an 87,750-square-foot shopping center in Bartlesville, roughly 45 miles north of Tulsa. Margaret Caldwell and Patrick Kelley of Stan Johnson represented the seller, GBT Realty Corp., which sold the center to an undisclosed buyer for $15.3 Million. The property was fully leased at the time of sale to tenants including T.J. Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Petco, Ulta Beauty, Maurices, Kay Jewelers and Verizon. The center is shadow anchored by Lowe’s.

Minneapolis and Tulsa, Okla. — Commercial real estate capital markets platform Northmarq has agreed to acquire Stan Johnson Co., a Tulsa-based real estate brokerage and advisory firm, for an undisclosed price. The acquisition will include Stan Johnson’s affiliated debt services company, Four Pillars Capital Markets. Minneapolis-based Northmarq offers commercial real estate investors access to experts in debt, equity, investment sales and loan servicing. The portfolios consist of 40 properties across seven states that are leased to tenants such as Tractor Supply Co., Dollar General and Advance Auto Parts, among others. Tulsa, Ok. — Stan Johnson Co. has brokered the sale of a 12-property portfolio of single-tenant retail buildings located across 10 states. The properties are occupied by tenants including Advance Auto Parts and PetSmart, alongside other auto part, eye care and pet supply retailers. The 187,884-square-foot portfolio was acquired by a joint venture between affiliates of MCB Real Estate and Blue Vista Capital Management for $28.5 million. Zach Harris, Jeff Hughes and Melissa McKenzie of Stan Johnson Co. represented the seller, a Midwest-based private family office.
