Nashville, Tenn. — Nashville-based Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has arranged the $16.1 million portfolio sale of eight stores leased to the combo Family Dollar-Dollar Tree discount retail concept. The stores are located in Blountsville and Clayton, Alabama; Pauls Valley, Warner and Maud, Oklahoma; Edison, Georgia; Lincoln, Arkansas; and Coldiron, Kentucky. Josh Bishop of Matthews represented the seller, an unnamed developer that built the stores. The undisclosed institutional buyer purchased the properties at a cap rate of 6.4 percent.

Denver — 7E CO Holdings LLC, a division of Monfort Cos., has acquired a portfolio comprising 19 gas stations and convenience stores. Located across Southwest Oklahoma, the stores will all be operated under the Chisholm Corner brand name. Grant McWhirter of Southwest Petroleum Realty represented the seller, Bostick and Associates, in the transaction.

Oklahoma City — Veritas Development’s OAK, a 20-acre mixed-use project currently under development in Oklahoma City, has attracted tenants including RH, a home furnishing store; Arhaus, a furniture and design store; and Capital Grille, a steakhouse. RH will occupy 42,000 square feet, Arhaus will lease 17,000 square feet and Capital Grille will open a 10,000-square-foot restaurant. Bartlesville, Okla. — Stan Johnson Co. has brokered the sale of Silver Lake Village, an 87,750-square-foot shopping center in Bartlesville, roughly 45 miles north of Tulsa. Margaret Caldwell and Patrick Kelley of Stan Johnson represented the seller, GBT Realty Corp., which sold the center to an undisclosed buyer for $15.3 Million. The property was fully leased at the time of sale to tenants including T.J. Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Petco, Ulta Beauty, Maurices, Kay Jewelers and Verizon. The center is shadow anchored by Lowe’s.

Minneapolis and Tulsa, Okla. — Commercial real estate capital markets platform Northmarq has agreed to acquire Stan Johnson Co., a Tulsa-based real estate brokerage and advisory firm, for an undisclosed price. The acquisition will include Stan Johnson’s affiliated debt services company, Four Pillars Capital Markets. Minneapolis-based Northmarq offers commercial real estate investors access to experts in debt, equity, investment sales and loan servicing.
