Salem, N.H. — Five new tenants have signed leases to join The Mall at Rockingham Park, a 1 million-square-foot regional shopping center located in Salem, roughly 30 miles north of Boston. LOFT has already opened at the property, while Kendra Scott and OFFLINE by Aerie will be opening in the fall. Caffe Nero and Five Below are expected to open this summer. Additional terms of the sale were not disclosed. This transaction marks STRIVE’s 40th property sold in McKinney since 2019.
