Acworth, Ga. and Gallatin, Tenn. — Preferred Apartment Communities (PAC) has acquired two grocery-anchored shopping centers totaling 139,000 square feet in Acworth and Gallatin.
Lakeland, Tenn. — The Was Group LLC will handle the leasing assignment for The Lake District, a 165-acre mixed-use project in Lakeland, 23 miles northeast of Memphis.
Sevierville, Tenn. — Time Equities Inc. (TEI) has acquired Governor’s Crossing, a 140,568-square-foot shopping center in Sevierville, for $13.9 million.
Hermitage, Tenn. — HFF has arranged the sale of Oakwood Commons, a 276,448-square-foot shopping center in Hermitage, 16 miles northeast of Nashville.
Daytona Beach Fla., and Chattanooga, Tenn. — CBL Properties has signed leases with five new restaurants at shopping malls in Daytona Beach and Chattanooga.
