Germantown, Tenn. — Trademark Property Co. has broken ground on the second phase of redevelopment at Saddle Creek, a 173,000-square-foot lifestyle center located in the Memphis suburb of Germantown.
Dublin, Calif. — Dublin-based Ross Stores Inc. will open five new Ross Dress for Less locations in Tennessee, Indiana, North Carolina and Illinois.
Lemont, Ill. — Lemont-based Englewood Construction has completed seven retail projects throughout the country.
Irvine, Calif. — Irvine, California-based Hanley Investment Group has arranged the purchase of four shopping centers for Phillips Edison & Co. totaling 372,000 square feet for $24 million.
Nashville, Tenn. — HFF has secured financing for One Hundred Oaks, a 891,470-square-foot, mixed-use retail and medical office center in south Nashville, Tennessee.
Chattanooga, Tenn. — Ziff Properties Inc. has acquired Signal Mountain Shopping Center in Chattanooga for $4.8 million.
Pigeon Forge, Tenn. — Publix Super Market will open a 45,600-square-foot store in early 2016 in Pigeon Forge. The store will serve as the anchor tenant of Valley Forge Shopping Center, currently under construction.
Hendersonville, Tenn. — Carolina Holdings Inc., in partnership with Branch Properties LLC, has begun construction for Merchant Pointe at Indian Lake, a new 140,000-square-foot retail center located in Hendersonville.
