Nashville, Tenn. — HFF has secured financing for One Hundred Oaks, a 891,470-square-foot, mixed-use retail and medical office center in south Nashville, Tennessee.
Chattanooga, Tenn. — Ziff Properties Inc. has acquired Signal Mountain Shopping Center in Chattanooga for $4.8 million.
Pigeon Forge, Tenn. — Publix Super Market will open a 45,600-square-foot store in early 2016 in Pigeon Forge. The store will serve as the anchor tenant of Valley Forge Shopping Center, currently under construction.
Hendersonville, Tenn. — Carolina Holdings Inc., in partnership with Branch Properties LLC, has begun construction for Merchant Pointe at Indian Lake, a new 140,000-square-foot retail center located in Hendersonville.
Sevierville, Tenn. — RealtyLink LLC, Vannoy Construction and architect Cor3 Design, have announced the groundbreaking of the $25 million River Landing project, a 175,000-square-foot planned shopping center located in Sevierville.
Sevierville, Tenn. — Casual dining franchise Quaker Steak & Lube has signed a franchise development agreement with Tri C Inc. to bring the brand to Tennessee by developing a new restaurant in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area.
