Plano, Texas — A partnership between Centennial, Cawley Partners and Waterfall Asset Management has acquired the 1.4 million-square-foot Shops at Willow Bend in Plano. The new ownership plans to redevelop the property, though specific details were not disclosed. Taubman originally developed the shopping center in 2001. Tenants include Neiman Marcus, Dillard’s, Macy’s, Crate & Barrel, Vineyard Vines, H&M, Anthropologie, Equinox and Crayola Experience. California Pizza Kitchen, Wetzel’s Pretzels and Great American Cookies are among the food and beverage tenants. According to Chain Store Age, the seller was Spinoso Real Estate Group.

Dallas — A partnership between CIM Group and Open Realty Advisors has sold a portfolio of 15 single-story retail buildings totaling 124,000 square feet in the Knox-Henderson neighborhood of Dallas. The sale, which according to Culture Map Dallas fetched a price of $85.4 million, included a 4.3-acre parcel that can support up to 160,000 square feet of new development. Dallas — Weitzman has completed the renovation of Meadow Central Market, a 107,778-square-foot shopping center in North Dallas. The project centered on remodeling the anchor tenant space occupied by Tom Thumb, which now features an expanded beer and wine selection, full-service seafood department, expanded bakery and remodeled produce, dairy and meat departments. Weitzman also upgraded the center’s façade, signage, landscaping, parking and security.
