Toledo, Ohio — Cooper Commercial Investment Group has negotiated the $3.1 million sale of Jesse James Plaza, a 35,800-square-foot multi-tenant retail center located in Toledo. International pawn store operator FirstCash and Safelite anchor the property. Jesse James Plaza was built in 1984 and renovated in 2016, according to Loop Net. Dan Cooper of Cooper Commercial represented the seller, a Midwest investment group, in the transaction.
