Grupo Eco Signs Retail, Restaurant Leases with Five New Tenants at Atlantic Village in Metro Miami

Hallandale Beach, Fla. — Grupo Eco has signed leases with five new tenants at Atlantic Village, a 308,830-square-foot, multi-phase mixed-use development located in Hallandale Beach, approximately 15 miles north of Miami. Italian restaurant concept Murano by Ferraro and The Wagyu House by Meat N’ Bone have already opened at the center, while açai brand OakBerry will debut this month. Meanwhile, indoor golf facility Tee Box will open in March and The Lab Vitality Club will open this summer.

Developed by Mexico City-based Grupo Eco and launched in 2017, Atlantic Village was constructed in four phases and is home to a mix of retailers and restaurants including Crema Gourmet, Club Pilates, Uptown 66 and 54D.
