Mesa, Ariz. — Scottsdale, Arizona-based Diversified Partners is under construction with East Gate Plaza, a $60 million retail center located in Mesa. Spanning approximately 17 acres, the development will be situated north of the master-planned community of Eastmark and near the Mesa Tech Corridor. Confirmed tenants at the property are Starbucks Coffee, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Discount Tire, FitFX, WingSnob, Señor Taco, Farmer Boys, Zeitouna, Fresh Monkee, Port of Subs, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Euphoria Nail Salon, Playa Bowls, Hand & Stone Spa, Kolache Café and Andi’s Hair Salon.
Additional tenants include a dental office, veterinary practice, med spa, family medicine practice and a restaurant with a bar, along with a Cambria Hotel by Choice Hotels. Completion of the project is anticipated for the first quarter of 2026.
