Faison and Atapco Sell Clemson Corner

Frederick, Md. — Faison and Atapco Properties Inc. have sold their joint venture, Clemson Corner, to institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. The 362,000-square-foot regional/community shopping center is anchored by Wegman’s, which is the first of the grocer’s Frederick-area locations. The property also features Lowe’s, Marshall’s, Frederick Wine and Liquor, Chipotle, Coal Fire Pizza and more. Bill Kent of CBRE and David Lampke from Faison handled the transaction. Faison will continue to manage the property.
