Chicago — General Growth will open 10 Buca di Beppo restaurants at its centers across the country this summer.
Chicago — General Growth Properties has signed a 10-unit expansion deal with the Buca di Beppo restaurant group, allowing the restaurant to open at GGP malls nationwide.
The restaurant will open locations at GGP’s Governor’s Square Mall, Tallahassee, Fla.; Augusta Mall, Augusta, Ga.; The Shoppes at River Crossing, Macon, Ga.; Market Place Shopping Center, Champaign, Ill.; Florence Mall, Florence, Ky.; Oakwood Center, Gretna, La.; White Marsh Mall, Baltimore; Town East Mall, Mesquite, Texas; Red Cliffs Mall, St. George, Utah; and Fox River Mall, Appleton, Wis. The new restaurants will range in size from 4,500 to 7,000 square feet and all will open in the summer of 2012.
