Faris Lee Arranges $20.7 Million Sale of Southridge Plaza Near San Bernardino

Fontana, Calif. — Faris Lee Investments has arranged the $20.7 million sale of Southridge Plaza, a 119,359-square-foot shopping center located nine miles west of San Bernardino in Fontana, California.

Rio Ranch Market anchors the center, which is nearly fully occupied by tenants including Rite Aid, AutoZone, McDonald’s, Subway, Waba Grill and Cricket Wireless. Donald MacLellan, Nicholas Coo and Joseph Chichester of Faris Lee represented the seller, Fortress Investment Group, and the San Diego-based buyer, Fontana Southridge Partners LP, in the transaction.
