Moreno Valley, Calif. — Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors has arranged the $2.7 million sale of a newly constructed, single-tenant retail property located in Moreno Valley. Starbucks Coffee occupies the 1,500-square-foot building, which is situated within the Cactus Commerce Center. The center features additional tenants such as an ARCO ampm gas station/convenience store and a Wendy’s.
Bill Asher and Jeff Lefko of Hanley represented the seller, Glendale, California-based Chase Partners Ltd., in the transaction. David Kluver of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, an Orange County, California-based private investor.
