Gresham, Ore. — Harsch Investment Properties has acquired Gresham Station Shopping Center in Gresham for $64.5 million.
The 342,000-square-foot property, located 15 miles east of Portland, is home to tenants such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Cost Plus World Market, Old Navy, Best Buy and a newly renovated Ulta Beauty. Nicolas Bicardo of Newmark Knight Frank arranged the transaction on behalf of the undisclosed seller.
