Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. — SRS Real Estate Partners has arranged the $15.6 million sale of Spruce Plaza, a 15,555-square-foot retail center located in the Inland Empire community of Rancho Cucamonga.
Matthew Mousavi, Patrick Luther and Garrett Colburn of SRS arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller and developer, Costanzo Investments LLC. Ralph Borelli and Caleb Scherer of Borelli Investment Co. represented the buyer, a family trust from the Bay Area. Spruce Plaza comprises two separate parcels and is fully leased to Blaze Pizza, Tokyo Joe’s, Luna Grill, Jersey Mike’s, Café Rio and Habit Burger. The property is located across the street from the 611,000-square-foot Terra Vista Town Center.
