Paoli, Penn. — HFF has arranged the $11.4 million sale of Paoli Center, a two-building property totaling 15,400 square feet located in the Philadelphia suburb of Paoli.
The center is fully occupied by tenants Walgreens and PNC Bank. Chris Munley of HFF represented the seller, Pineville Properties, and John Andreini of Capital Pacific represented the buyer, Theodore Griffinger, in the transaction.
