Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. — Rancho Cucamonga-based Progressive Real Estate Partners has arranged the sale of two single-tenant properties in Riverside County in Southern California’s Inland Empire market for a total of $6.9 million.
Properties include a Chase Bank located at 31575 Canyon Estates Drive in Lake Elsinore, which sold for $4.4 million at a capitalization rate of 4.29 percent and a Firestone located at 18580 Van Buren Blvd. in Riverside, which sold for $2.5 million at a capitalization rate of 5.28 percent.
Frank Vora of Progressive represented the sellers in both transactions, and Don LeBuhn of CBRE represented the buyer, a San Francisco-based private investor.
