St. Petersburg, Fla. – J Square Developers has begun redeveloping a 1.5-acre site north of downtown. The center on 4th Street North is fully preleased and will consist of a 12,500-square-foot Trader Joe’s and 3,000-square-foot freestanding Vitamin Shoppe. The development will feature 89 parking spaces and entrances on 4th, 27th and 28th streets. Wichman Construction Company of Tampa, Fla., is building the center, American Momentum Bank is providing the financing, and CSJM Architects and ARO Engineering provided architect and civil engineer resources.
