Aiea, Hawaii — JLL has signed leases with six new tenants at Aiea Shopping Center, a three-story, 104,500-square-foot neighborhood center in Aiea, roughly eight miles northwest of downtown Honolulu.

C&S Bodywork MedSpa opened an 890-square-foot location in September, while retail concept Go Go Mix opened a 570-square-foot venue this month. Totoya will open its restaurant in the first quarter of 2026 and Waxing the City will follow with its store opening in summer 2026. Pho 97 One is scheduled to open its new location in winter 2026. Additionally, Machete’s Mean Sandwiches is relocating within Aiea Shopping Center to a new 988-square-foot space by the end of the year. Deven Higa and Justin Katahira led the leasing efforts and secured the tenants.

Aiea Shopping Center recently completed a center-wide refresh, which include updated facades and circulation areas, replacement of all signage and the installation of two new elevators to enhance access between the center’s three levels.

The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation owns Aiea Shopping Center, which is home to Times Supermarket, Ice Garden, Aiea Pancake House, L&L Drive Inn, Roast Duck Kitchen, Bb.q Chicken and Aloha Creamery, as well as several national tenants including McDonald’s, Starbucks Coffee, Supercuts and The UPS Store.
