Joint Venture Partnership Acquires Hershey Square Shopping Center from the Hershey Trust for $28.5 Million

Hummelstown, Pa. – A joint venture partnership between the Heidenberg Properties Group, Norse Realty and Strategic Real Estate Partners has acquired the Hershey Square Shopping Center in Hummelstown for $28.5 million. The 218,290-square-foot, supermarket-anchored center includes 30,600 square feet of in-line retail space and six outparcels including Applebee’s, Panera Bread and Verizon. The center was developed in 1994 and was previously owned and operated by the Hershey Trust Company.
