West Palm Beach, Fla. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $3.5 million sale of an 8,450-square-foot retail property located in West Palm Beach. City Furniture purchased the property, which is adjacent to their existing West Palm Beach store, with plans to expand its footprint and redevelop the site.
Built in 1979, the single-tenant retail property sits on less than one acre along Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard. The building was vacant at the time of sale and was previously occupied by Bedding Barn.
Nicholas McAndrew of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private trust, and secured the buyer, City Furniture, in the transaction.
