Plaza Advisors Arranges Sale of 72,961-Square-Foot Shopping Center in West Palm Beach, Florida

West Palm Beach, Fla. — Plaza Advisors has arranged the sale of Paradise Place, a 72,961-square-foot shopping center located in West Palm Beach. Built in 2003, the center sits on 8.5 acres. Publix anchors the property, which was 98 percent leased at the time of sale. Other tenants include Dunkin’ Donuts, Sage Dental and Goodwill. Jim Michalak and Jeff Berkezchuk of Plaza Advisors represented the seller, Charlotte, North Carolina-based Collett Capital, in the transaction. A partnership between Tampa-based Forge Capital Partners and The Sembler Co. purchased the property via its investment fund Forge Real Estate Partners FREP V.

Sembler Co. will serve as the property manager and leasing agent for Paradise Place.
