Primestor Acquires Mixed-Use Complex in Los Angeles for $5.5 Million

Los Angeles – The three buildings of the complex were previously occupied by FAMSA.

Wilson CRE has arranged the sale of three buildings in Los Angeles by JB Realty LLC and Barsky, Barsky, & Rickey LLC for $5.5 million.Los Angeles – Wilson Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) has arranged the sale of a three building, 55,381-square-foot mixed-use redevelopment property in East Los Angeles on behalf of Primestor for $5.5 million. Of the three buildings, 4571-4591 Whittier Blvd., is a two-story, 26,639-square-foot retail building. The buildings were previously occupied by FAMSA. Primestor plans to invest significant capital to redevelop the property. Scott Burns, Jason Gribin, Shauna Mattis and Geoff Tranchina of WCRE represented the seller, JB Realty LLC and Barsky, Barsky, & Rickey LLC. The buyer represented itself.
