Progressive Brokers Sale of Inland Empire Plaza

Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. – The sellers had owned the property for 40 years.

Barstow Plaza was built in 1974 and expanded in 2001 to include an additional pad location.Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. – Progressive Real Estate Partners has brokered the sale of Barstow Plaza, a 68,362-square-foot shopping center in the Inland Empire, for $3.6 million. Progressive Real Estate Partners’ Brad Umansky, Kenia Drugan and Greg Bedell represented the seller, The Steele and Shelger Family Trusts. The buyers, Los Angeles-based private investors, were represented by Victor Gausepohl III of Collier’s International. Barstow Plaza was built in 1974 and expanded in 2001 to include an additional pad location. The sellers had owned the property for 40 years. Tenants include anchors Family Dollar, Aaron’s, Wienerschnitzel, Fast Auto Loans and several small stores and services. The center is 56 percent occupied.
