Chapel Hill, N.C. — Ram Realty Advisors has signed leases with five new retail and restaurant tenants at University Place, a 410,000-square-foot mixed-use lifestyle center under development in Chapel Hill, roughly 30 miles east of Raleigh. H&H Bagels, VEG Emergency Vet and luxury wellness studio SWTHZ are already open at the center. Meanwhile, Barnes & Noble will open a 19,734-square-foot store in the fourth quarter of 2026, and Bliss Nail Spa will open a 1,695-square-foot salon in the second quarter of 2026.

Owned and developed by Ram Realty Advisors, University Place was acquired by the firm in 2018. Ram Realty is redeveloping the former enclosed mall into a mixed-use center with retail, restaurants, office space, a hotel and a public lawn. JLL manages the center.
