Atlanta – Plans for redevelopment include improved façades and signage.
Atlanta – Regency Centers Corporation will redevelop Loehmann’s Plaza in Atlanta and rename it to Brighten Park. Regency has secured a lease with The Fresh Market grocery for a 24,400-square-foot space, and the center will receive contemporary upgrades. Plans for redevelopment include improved façades and signage, as well as aesthetic upgrades that include LED lighting for better visibility and lower energy consumption. Tenants at Loehmann’s Plaza currently include Panera Bread, Starbucks and Zoe’s Kitchen. Construction will begin in June 2014 and continue through January 2015.
