Sprouts Farmers Market in Southern California Sells for $23.5 Million

Culver City, Calif. — Niki Properties has sold a single-tenant, 32,873-square-foot building fully leased to Sprouts Farmers Market in Culver City to an undisclosed buyer for $23.5 million. 

Gleb Lvovich, Nick Foster, CJ Osbrink and Bryan Ley of HFF represented the seller in the transaction. The building is located across the street from Westfield Culver City, a 1 million-square-foot regional mall, 10 miles west of downtown Los Angeles.
