Cincinnati — Steiner + Associates and Bucksbaum Retail Properties have announced the first group of tenants for Liberty Center, the 64-acre 1.2 million-square-foot mixed-use property the companies are developing in Cincinnati.
Tenants include a 200,000-square-foot Dillard’s, an 80,000-square-foot Dick’s Sporting Goods, Banana Republic, Express, Chico’s, Build-A-Bear, The Cheesecake Factory, Gap, Kendra Scott, Lane Bryant, Soma, White House Black Market, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Victoria’s Secret and Foot Locker, among others. The center is set to open in October.
