Cle Elum, Wash. — Suncadia will open a new retail village and community hub in the 6,400-acre master-planned community of Suncadia in Cle Elum. Dubbed Suncadia Social, the $18 million project will span 11 acres. The center of Suncadia Social will house a 16,500-square-foot retail space, where Roselyn Grocery will anchor the development. Confirmed tenants at the property include Cutter’s Point Coffee, Out West Trading Co., Old Wood Signs, Hive HomeGoods and Alluvium Cellars, as well as G.H. Pasta & Pizza, a General Harvest Restaurant concept.
Suncadia Social is scheduled to open in summer 2026 as part of the larger $40 million investment and renovation at Suncadia Resort.
Suncadia’s mixed-use development features the Suncadia Resort, The Lodge at Suncadia and the Tumble Creek Club, as well as additional neighborhoods. Recreational facilities, golf courses, a town center, luxury spa and hiking and biking trails are also located within the development.
