Miami — Three new restaurant and retail tenants have inked leases in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood.

Bonobos opened its first Florida location on Oct. 11, taking over 1,960 square feet formerly occupied by Kit + Ace. Le Pain Quotidien will open a 4,142-square-foot space in November, marking the eatery’s entrance into the Florida market. Poke305 signed a 1,152-square-foot lease and will open its second Florida location later this month. Michael Comras of the Comras Cos. arranged the leases on behalf of both the landlords and tenants.
