Meanwhile, the Houston Maritime Center and Museum will feature exhibits, artifacts and interactive displays within its newly redeveloped space overlooking the Buffalo Bayou Park. Restaurants such as La Calle Tacos and Laffa Mediterranean are scheduled to open this fall.
Other tenants already operating at East River include CoolxDad, City Cellars, HOTWORX, EaDo Eye Studio, URBN Dental, Champions Mortgage, Le Tesserae by The Astorian and its sister concept Aperitivo, Impact Networking, Method Architecture, Orion Group Holdings Inc., Suderman & Young Towing Co. and OJB Landscape Architecture.
East River’s first phase is now complete, featuring a mix of offices, residences, restaurants, retail and open green space. Houston-based Midway is developing the project.
