Richardson, Texas —Three tenants have signed leases to join CityLine, a 204-acre mixed-use property under development in Richardson, roughly 14 miles north of downtown Dallas. Manny’s Mexican Kitchen will open its fifth restaurant, which will occupy 5,115 square feet. Show Mini Hot Pot will debut its second North American location, totaling 2,267 square feet. Meanwhile, IMAGE Studios will be expanding its space at the property to include 38 additional suites. The recently signed tenants will open this fall alongside a mix of other retailers and restaurants including Club Pilates, Diesel Barbershop, Whole Foods Market, Hollywood Feed, CVS Pharmacy, Tricky Fish, Wildwood and The Brass Tap.
