East Brunswick, N.J. — Three new tenants have signed leases at Legacy Place, a mixed-use development in East Brunswick. Bonesse’s Tomato Apizza, H20 Henna Hues Organic and Kumon will occupy 3,010; 1,700; and 1,360 square feet at the property, respectively. The businesses will be situated on the ground floor of the development’s mid-rise apartment building at One Legacy Place. One retail space is still available for lease. Its sister building, Two Legacy Place, is currently under development and will include 9,000 square feet of additional retail leasing opportunities. Michael Gartenberg of Garden Commercial arranged all three leases on behalf of property ownership.
