University Commons, anchored by Walmart and Publix, will open summer 2014.Knoxville, Tenn. – University Commons, the shopping center being developed adjacent to the University of Tennessee campus, has added four tenants. Fresh to Order, Blush Boutique, Great Clips and Jersey Mike’s Subs will open at the 211,000-square-foot center, along with the development’s anchors Walmart and Publix, this summer. University Commons will be the first Knoxville location for Fresh to Order and Blush Boutique. The Great Clips location will be the 20th Knoxville-area location. University Commons is situated on a 12-acre site and is being developed by CHM LLC.
