Madewell Signs 10-Year Lease in Uptown Manhattan

New York – Madewell, a boutique chain owned by J. Crew, has signed a 10-year lease for its newest New York location on Madison Avenue between East 85^th and 86^th streets in uptown Manhattan. The 5,635-square-foot ground-floor space will feature 15-foot ceilings and approximately 45 feet of frontage on Madison Avenue. Madewell will be situated between Teavana Fine Teas + Tea Bar and Lululemon Athletica at the 11,000-square-foot base of the building, developed by Manhattan Skyline in 1987.
