Hanley Negotiates Sale of Two Pasadena Retail Properties for Over $20 Million

Pasadena, Calif. – The Retail @ Pasadena Collection is a 20,425-square-foot ground-floor retail condominium mixed-use development with 110 units of lofts and condominiums.

Pasadena, Calif. – Hanley Investment Group has negotiated the sale of two retail properties in the South Lake Avenue District in Pasadena. Hanley represented the Los Angeles private investor seller and the buyer, Paragon Real Estate Fund of San Diego, in the sale of the 20,425-square-foot Retail @ Pasadena Collection for $10.8 million. Tenants of the property include Vitamin Shoppe, T-Mobile, Jimmy John’s and more.

Hanley also represented a Los Angeles-based private investor seller in the sale of The Arbour Building, a two-story 29,334-square-foot mixed-use building, for $9.7 million. The buyer was a Glendale, Calif.-based California Credit Union.
